Upstairs toilet leak causes extreme damage.

Water can cause extensive damage to your home.  

The upstairs toilet leaked while the St. Joseph homeowner was on vacation.  This leak saturated 60% of the structure and flooded the basement with 2 feet deep.  Horrible thing to walk into after getting home from a great vacation.

After the shock wears off you shut off your main water, call your insurance and then SERVPRO for cleanup and restoration. Using qualified vendors is very important to expedite fixing all the damage as fast as possible.
