Mold Damage in Michigan

Commercial apartment water loss due to a frozen/broken pipe in the ceiling turned into a major mold remediation this past winter.  The structure was vacant and nobody checked on it for a couple of months.  They estimated more than 4000 gallons of water came into the unit.  By the amount of mold damage we estimate the water sat for at least 3 weeks.  Even with cool temperatures mold can survive and grow.  In extreme cases like this the structural materials affected are removed 100%, dried, sanitized and re-mediated to a healthy state so remodeling can begin.  All work was done in a safe manner.
